The video opens in this semi-dark stobe-lighted night
club. It's just about dusk and as the band (the
pumpkins maybe?) makes the warm up noises a cute
girlwalks in. She's short and has her hair in two
little
pigtails, but the look in her eyes says she owns the
place. She has a lolly in her mouth and walks strait
through the middle of the dancers on the floor (they
all move slightly aside for her). &&
(the band starts to play) &
She either sits on a chair or the stage or somthing
but she sits with her back to the band and watches
thecrowd with her crafty eyes. Her eyes keep getting
narrower as she scans the crowd. Lots of shots of
people dancing. Strobes are fun.&&
(darker guitar near the begining of the lyrics)&
The girl walks up and cuts in on a dark haired
beautiful girl and a guy dancing. The beautiful girl
looks kinda not caring and unsure of herself, but the
cute girl is dancing really dirty and Beautiful
doesn't know what to do. The crowd shoves the guy
away from them, but he manages to get back and
startscreaming at them.&&
(candy cane walks- maybe we could loose ourselves this
time) &
Cute girl just looks at him like he's air and grabbs
the beautiful girl's hand and turns around and they
run off the dance floor. Guy tries to follow but cute
girl whips around and throws her lolly at him. He
stops and peels it off his jacket discusted. They run
out. &&
(King of the horseflies)&
He comes to the door and looks around. Runs after
them. &&
(the doo dooing starts)&
Shots of the cute girl dragging the beautiful girl
down the street. Cute girl is laughing almost
insanely and beautiful girl looks afraid, but she
isn't resisting. They they run through a street
bizarre, ducking under sheets etc. Guy is still
following.&&
(This was meant to be the last.)&
Both girls jump onto a bus, and the guy can't catch
it. Cute girl kisses Beautiful girl passionately to piss
the guy off cuz he can see it through the window as
they drive away. &&
(go go go smile= a big grin from cute girl) &
The girls are are still on the bus and cute girl
kisses beautiful girl again but this time you see
flashes of memory. The kissing isn't passionate as
much as it's necessary. The flashes have pictures of
them as children and you realize they're childhood
friends, soulmates, sisters, twins. They put their
hands like a mirror. It's like they did when they
were kids.&&
(on dead highways-)&
Beautiful girl begins to see them hitchhiking and
adventuring and what her life would be like if they
stay together. She get frightened and runs off the
bus.&&
(a faded picture)&
the guy shows up as they areargueing on the street
corner and grabs beautiful girl and begins to drag her
away. Cute girl jumps on him but he throws her to the
ground. She looks up, all brusied, to Beautiful girl
telling her to fight back, but Beautiful girl just
stands there looking sad. &&
(Get on the bomb)&
Cute girl is obviously swearing, but she won't force
Beautiful girl. Guy drags Beautiful girl away.
Everytime Beautiful turns to look back he hits her.
Tears are running down Cute's face and she starts just
recking stuff in the middle of the street. She's
acting out all her anger by tearing things apart. &&
(feedback screech)&
As the song ends she is on her knees in the middle of
the street looking at the heavens with tears running
down her cheeks.
